Your cancellation right

For most goods bought online, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

You may use our cancellation/return form, but you do not have to.

Returning the goods

After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after cancellation. Please contact us first for the correct return instructions. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct return cost.

Refund

We will refund payments due, including the basic standard-delivery charge where applicable, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that you sent them back. We may withhold the refund until then and may reduce it if the goods have been handled more than necessary to inspect them.

Hygiene exception

The cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. This may include underwear and shapewear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.
