These terms apply when you purchase products from our online store. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and manufacturing tolerances. Please check the size guide before ordering.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store and at checkout. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges and discounts will be shown before you place your order. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order if payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Estimated delivery times are shown on our delivery-information page and at checkout. They are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, peak demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to you or a person you nominate.
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & refunds policy. Hygiene restrictions may apply to sealed underwear and shapewear once the seal has been removed. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, any cancellation right may be affected if you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the relevant consequence before supply begins.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code or use its content in breach of intellectual-property rights.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contract. If you are a consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections available in the country where you live.
